The Spaces
The Grand Hall is so much more than just a wedding venue. Our intimate space is suited for gatherings of all sorts. Plug-and-play technology makes meetings a breeze, the built-in bar has everything needed to fuel a dance floor, and the art deco elegance elevates every in between. You can also rest a little easier knowing we have an elevator and accessible, gender neutral washrooms for you and your guests.
Since expanding, The Grand Hall also offers use of smaller spaces to serve a range of needs. The Boardroom seats up to 12 people for smaller group sessions and breakouts. The Social Suite features a lounge and private room perfect for independent practitioners, interviews, photoshoots, and bridal parties. And the cherry on the Roof Top – our Patio, with views of Cheam mountain range, the best golden hour rays, and a barbeque for your use.
Package Overview
Booking a space for your upcoming event should be an exciting source of relief, and it is with The Grand Hall. All of our packages include:
- Tables and chairs
- Black tabelclothes
- Full use of available audio-visual equipment
- Water service
- Set-up and teardown of all provided items
Rates vary by room, day of the week, length of access time, and nature of event. See available packages below for details, and view availability online, here. Discounts available for non-profit organizations and residents who host 4+ events per calendar year at The Grand Hall.

Rules & Agreements
We will not tolerate hate speech or extremist groups. We hope to operate as a safe space, though navigating the realities of that as a public rental location can be tricky.
Everyone who occupies this venue is expected to treat others with respect. Those who do not will be asked to leave.
