Boards That Actually Work is a two-day Equiiti Strategic workshop series built for board members, board chairs, and Executive Directors. Expect plain language, real examples, useful templates, and a few laughs. You’ll leave with shared language, clearer roles, and a simple plan your board can actually execute.
